If you want to discontinue your subscription you need to cancel it from within your own PayPal account. We will remove your banner the very day you cancel. Therefore, we recommend you wait until it is nearing your subscription renewal date before you cancel. We do not give refunds for unused service. If you want us to change out your banner or change the URL that people are sent to, there will be a charge of $5 each change.
